Sensor greatly improves the signal acquisition technology of intelligent car washing machine

Based on the existing car washing technology in the market, the automatic intelligent car washing machine not only increases the number and types of sensors, but also improves some control methods. Ultrasonic sensor, long-distance photoelectric switch sensor and capacitive proximity switch are mainly used.



1. Ultrasonic sensor
The ultrasonic sensor can determine whether the vehicle is parked in the center of the car washing machine. If the vehicle is inclined to one side of the car washing machine, the distance between the brush on both sides and the car body will be different. To avoid errors in the measurement results, install the sensor angle correctly to ensure the best distance between the brush and the car body.
2. Photoelectric switch sensor with long distance
The detection distance of the long-range photoelectric switch sensor is 6 meters away. The transmitter and receiver are protected to prevent polarity reversal of the power supply, and control input and output signals, whether bubble covered or covered with water can be detected.
3. Capacitive proximity switch
The capacitive proximity switch has the advantages of reliable operation, high stability, fast response speed and low requirements for environmental conditions. It is used for the travel protection of the driving motors such as the gantry forward and backward travel, top brush and air duct up and down travel.

Recommended position for installation of sensors for Reciprocating Car Washer, tunnel car washer and bus car washer. Proximity switch is installed at the entrance, which can sense vehicle approach and vehicle type. When the vehicle enters the car washing machine, it is necessary to determine whether the vehicle is parked in the center of the car washing machine. If the vehicle is inclined to one side of the car washing machine, the ultrasonic sensor can detect it, so as to adjust the distance between the side brush and the body. Then the long-distance photoelectric switch sensor is used to reliably detect the vehicle position and transmit accurate electrical signals, and the automatic spraying switch is started until the end of car washing.
